Memorial Weekend

I'm so happy that this weekend is a long weekend. Not that we have done anything special, but it's nice to have Greg home that extra day. He is such a big help when he is home. Today he's doing the laundry. Last night he made dinner (nothing new there), cleaned up after dinner (and that's a huge task with two very messy kids) and then bathed and got Kat & Brody ready for bed. Not to mention the ice cream he buys for me and the running up and down the stairs to retrieve me snacks and whatever it is I'm craving at the moment. He's a keeper.

This weekend I got a white board from Lowes to try to practice taking indoor pictures against. I haven't really figured it out yet with lighting, but I did get a couple that I liked. I also got some cute pictures of Greg playing his guitar and Kat & Brody dancing to it. Anytime Brody sees a picture of a guitar, or a guitar on TV, he instantly says "daddy's getar'. Apparently all guitars belong to daddy. Greg wishes :).
