Tonight was the Dad and Daughter Dance at our church. A date night for Kat & Greg and also for Brody and I. It was fun to get Kat all dressed up and excited for her dance with daddy. But it wasn't the greatest of days for her to go as she was starting to come down with a cold. Greg said that she fell asleep in the car on the way there and even while they were standing in line to get their picture taken. He also said she asked for Brody a lot during the night. The two of them aren't separated too often. While they were dancing it up, Brody and I had a date ourselves. Our nice neighbors watched Quinn for us while we went to dinner with our extended family. It was nice to get some one on one time with the kids, something that we don't get to do too often.

aw, how sweet is that!! that is just precious that greg took her to the dance!!!
What a precious picture. Our girls used to love going to that dance with Dan. It's a great memory-maker.
So sweet! Kat looks so pretty! Glad her and Greg went and that you and Brody got to spend some 1:1 time together too.
